Revit 3D Rebar Modeling Specialist Needed

About the project

We are looking for an experienced Revit Structure & Rebar Modeling Specialist to translate finalized structural design documents into precise 3D reinforcement models and production drawings. Please note: The structural design, reinforcement sizing, and complete documentation for all 19 beams in Phase 1 are already fully done. Your core task will be to interpret these comprehensive design documents/drawings and accurately model the 3D rebar in Autodesk Revit. If Phase 1 is executed successfully, there is a strong pipeline of additional structural elements and future phases waiting. Software Provision Note: Selected candidates will be provided direct access to official Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) licenses for the duration of this project. Detailed Scope of Work (Phase 1) 1. Document Interpretation & 3D Rebar Modeling: Carefully interpret structural rebar layout documents, schedules, and cross-sections (such as provided sample sheets) to model accurate 3D reinforcement for the 19 beam types in Autodesk Revit, adhering to cover, lap splices, and anchorage requirements. 2. Production Drawings Generation: Generate clean, professional structural drawings for each beam type, featuring: o Accurate and comprehensive annotations, dimensions, and tagging. o Detailed Longitudinal Sections (Long Sections) showing top, bottom, and bent-up bars. o Precise Cross-Sections at critical spans, supports, and mid-spans showing stirrup configurations and tie arrangements. 3. Bar Bending Schedules (BBS): Extract error-free, automated Bar Bending Schedules directly from Revit, formatted cleanly for estimation and execution. Deliverables • Updated Revit Model (.rvt): Containing fully detailed 3D rebar for all 19 beams based on provided design documents. • Production Drawings / Sheets: PDF / sheet views for all 19 beam types (long sections, cross-sections, details, and annotations). • Bar Bending Schedules: Integrated Revit schedules / tabular exports matching the design requirements. Candidate Requirements & Experience • Proven professional experience in structural detailing and 3D rebar modeling using Autodesk Revit. • Strong ability to read, interpret, and execute complex structural engineering drawings and bar bending documentation. • Demonstrated ability to produce client-ready structural shop drawings and accurate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS). • Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) collaborative workflows is a plus. (Proposals without relevant portfolio samples will not be considered).
