About the project

I need a complete process design for a containerised wastewater-treatment unit that can reliably handle between 1 000 and 10 000 L per day. The end use is not drinking water, so every decision must focus on efficient, compliant wastewater polishing, minimal sludge volume, and ease of operation inside a standard shipping container footprint. Please translate the performance targets into a workable flow diagram, size and specify each major component (pumps, screens, reactors, membranes or filters, disinfection stage, instrumentation, control panel, blowers, chemical dosing), and show how everything fits within the container, including service access. A P&ID, mass-balance calculations, equipment datasheets, a 2D/3D layout, utility requirements, and start-up/operating guidelines should all be part of the final package. AutoCAD or SolidWorks drawings and calculation sheets in Excel (or similar) are fine as long as the files are editable. To make shortlisting easy, just outline relevant projects you have already completed at this capacity range and specify the treatment technologies you are most comfortable with; I value hands-on experience over long proposals. All deliverables will be reviewed against the stated flow rate band, expected effluent parameters, compact footprint, and readiness for fabrication.
