3D Commercial Washroom Design – Freelancer Requirement We are looking for an experienced 3D Architectural / Interior Designer to develop realistic 3D designs and renders for a commercial washroom renovation project at a pharmaceutical company. Project Details - Existing washrooms to be dismantled and completely renovated. - Separate Male and Female washrooms. - Male washroom: approximately 12 ft × 13 ft (156 sq.ft.) - Female washroom: approximately 12 ft × 13 ft (156 sq.ft.) - Total area: approximately 312 sq.ft. - Male: 3 WC/commode cubicles + urinals. - Female: 6 WC/commode cubicles. - Sensor-operated taps and urinals. - Existing main drainage is available. - Target appearance: premium mall / airport / hotel-type commercial finish. Design Requirement We require 3–6 different complete 3D design concepts for selection. Each concept should explore different combinations of: - Floor and wall vitrified/porcelain tiles - Marble/stone finishes - Wood-look finishes and decorative wood layouts - Vanity/wash-basin designs - Mirrors and mirror lighting - False-ceiling designs - Architectural/electrical lighting - WC cubicles and partitions - Doors and locks/hardware - Sanitaryware and accessories - Overall colour and material combinations The designs should be realistic, premium, practical and suitable for a high-traffic pharmaceutical facility, with emphasis on durability, hygiene and easy maintenance. Deliverables 1. 3–6 different design concepts. 2. High-quality photorealistic 3D renders. 3. Interior views showing WC cubicles, urinals, wash basins, mirrors, ceiling, lighting and overall finishes. 4. Suitable views of both Male and Female washrooms. 5. Material/product specification for each selected concept, including brand/product name wherever possible. 6. Preferably an editable SketchUp/AutoCAD/Revit source model along with the final renders. 7. Reasonable revisions after the initial concepts. Important The dimensions and fixture quantities mentioned above are tentative and will be confirmed from the final site measurements/drawings.
