About the project
I need modern 3D interior drawings for selected rooms in my home so I can confidently choose furniture, finishes, colours, and exact measurements before I start buying. You will create a fully coordinated set of visuals and dimensioned plans that cover the living room, bedrooms, kitchen, and all supporting spaces. Scope • Modern style throughout, keeping a balance of functionality, aesthetic appeal, and day-to-day comfort. • Accurate room-by-room measurements (walls, openings, ceiling heights, furniture footprints). • Photorealistic renders plus a navigable 3D model I can spin, zoom, and annotate. • Furniture and décor suggestions with material and colour references linked to real-world products where possible. Deliverables 1. High-resolution renders for each room (minimum two angles). 2. Annotated floor plans and elevations with dimensions. 3. Editable 3D file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar industry-standard format). 4. Itemised furniture and finish schedule. Acceptance criteria: dimensions match the provided survey within ±10 mm; lighting, textures, and colour palette align with modern style mood boards we’ll confirm at kickoff; each render clearly shows scale and clearance for circulation. Please outline your typical workflow, preferred software, and a sample of similar whole-house projects when you respond.
