3D Visualisation of Platinum Bingo and Slots

About the project

I require an experienced architectural 3D visualisation specialist to create an accurate 3D model and photorealistic interior renders for **Platinum Bingo and Slots**, based on an approved architectural floor plan with exact dimensions. The complete project must be delivered by Wednesday, 2 September 2026. This is an approximately **465 m² electronic bingo gaming venue**. The approved room layout and dimensions must be followed precisely. I will provide: * Approved dimensioned architectural floor plan * Furnished equipment-layout plan * Reference images of the exact bingo machines and gaming chairs * Interior concept renders showing the approved colours, finishes and design direction * Logo and branding references, where required The venue includes: * Entrance lobby * Security checkpoint with walk-through metal detector * Separate entrance and exit circulation * Security station, manager’s office and cashier * Main gaming/smoking area with approximately 68 machines * Separate non-smoking gaming area with approximately 25 machines * Bar and dining area * Food and bar collection counters * Back-of-house and wash-up areas * Treasury, surveillance and server rooms * Staff lockers, storage, passages and toilets Design requirements: * Follow the approved plan and exact dimensions * Use only the supplied electronic bingo-machine model throughout * Use the same gaming-chair design at every machine * Maintain practical circulation space and equipment positioning * Match the approved charcoal, platinum-grey, deep burgundy-red and warm-timber colour palette * Include patterned commercial carpet in gaming areas * Use durable tiled or commercial-vinyl flooring around the entrance, bar and dining areas * Include charcoal ceilings, warm-white downlights and restrained red LED perimeter lighting * Keep the design modern, realistic, buildable and budget-conscious * Do not introduce roulette tables, card tables, sports-betting counters or different slot-machine designs * Do not change walls, doors, room sizes or the approved layout without written approval Required deliverables: * Complete accurately scaled 3D model * Furnished 3D floor plan or top-down axonometric view * Entrance and security-checkpoint render * Cashier and gaming-floor entrance render * At least three views of the main gaming area * At least two views of the non-smoking gaming area * At least two views of the bar and dining area * Additional views showing important passages and supporting areas * Approximately 10–12 high-resolution photorealistic renders * Final renders supplied in 4K landscape format * Editable source model, linked textures and material files * Two reasonable revision rounds included Please state: * Which software you use * Examples of similar casino, hospitality, retail or entertainment projects * Your estimated completion time * What source files you require from me * Whether your price includes the editable model, 4K renders and two revision rounds Accuracy is extremely important.
