Technical Drawings * Detailed floor plan with dimensions. * Elevations and sections where necessary. * Construction-ready drawings that contractors can follow. ### 6. Materials & Cost Planning * Recommended materials and finishes. * Material specifications and approximate quantities. * Practical solutions that balance quality and cost. ### 7.
