About the project
I have a new commercial office project and need a complete architectural package that moves smoothly from concept all the way through detailed construction drawings, interiors included. The brief covers exterior massing, façade articulation, space-planning for open work areas, private offices, meeting rooms and support spaces, plus a cohesive interior scheme that aligns finishes, furniture layouts and lighting. You will start with schematic layouts and 3D visuals so we can quickly confirm overall direction, then develop coordinated plans, sections, elevations and schedules ready for permitting. Interior details—ceiling plans, millwork, fixture and material selections—are part of the same workflow so nothing gets lost between architecture and fit-out. Final hand-off must include: • BIM or CAD files (Revit, Archicad, or AutoCAD—your choice) • High-resolution renderings for investor presentations • A specifications sheet covering materials, lighting and furniture Please outline your preferred software stack, any relevant office-building experience, and an estimated timeline for each phase from concept through interior detailing.
