我已準備好「正面、側面、反面」的 BIM 檔，尺寸、指定顏色與物料也全部確定。現在需要 1–4 張高質素的大廈外觀 3D Render，主要想要仰角全景視角，並在晴天日光的氛圍下呈現；周邊只需簡單的街道、綠化與天空，保持畫面乾淨俐落。 請在報價中清楚列明下列項目是否已包含，或需另外計費： • 最終成品圖：JPG 及 PNG 各一份 • 3D 原始檔（.max / .obj / .blend / .c4d 皆可） • 三次免費修訂；如需額外修訂，請註明單次費用 交付時程：自我交付 BIM 檔起一週內完成全部成品圖。 麻煩提供： 1. 總報價（含或不含原始檔，請說明） 2. 所有可能的額外收費項目與金額 期待與你合作，把這棟大廈以最逼真的效果呈現。
