About the project
I have a compact, handheld/parcel-sized consumer product, approximately 18" H × 10" W × 8" D, that needs to be designed specifically for FDM 3D printing, not just 3D modelling. The final product will be FDM printed in ASA, using 2 solid colours + 1 translucent/transparent colour. Looking for someone with real-world experience in FDM + DfAM, including print orientation, part splitting, tolerances, wall thickness, snap-fits and interlocking assembly. Fusion 360 experience preferred. I will provide sketches and basic dimensions. The goal is a practical, print-ready and functional design suitable for reliable FDM printing. Please share examples of actual FDM products you have designed (not renders only) and your best project price.
