About the project
Hello, I hope you're doing well. I am looking to hire an experienced interior designer for a complete residential design package. To ensure we are aligned on the design direction, this project will be split into phases. Project Scope: * Phase 1 (Test Phase): 1 Living Room, and the Master Suite (Bedroom, Walk-in Closet, and Bathroom). Expected timeline: 5 days (including revisions). * Phase 2 (Full Scope): 1 additional Living Room, kitchen and dining area, 3 additional Bedrooms, Rooftop, Garden, and all remaining shared spaces/bathrooms. Timeline to be agreed upon after Phase 1 (not more than 2 weeks). Required Deliverables (Per Phase): 1. 3D Renders: High-quality, photorealistic images (JPEG/PNG) compiled into a presentation PDF. 2. 2D Layout Plans: Furniture, Equipment, and Lighting layout plans with exact dimensions (PDF and AutoCAD .DWG format). 3. Material & Furniture Schedule: A specification sheet (Bill of Materials) detailing finishes, textures, and furniture styles/dimensions (prices not required). Note: The project is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, so specifications should be general enough to be sourced or custom-built locally. 4. Source Files: Unlocked 3D source files What I Will Provide to You: 1. Complete Floor Plans (CAD): A Google Drive link containing the master architectural floor plans (including specific layout requirements I’ve already established for the kitchen, dining, and living rooms). Structural & HVAC Constraints: Information regarding our precast concrete walls (which restrict wall modifications) and our concealed/VRF HVAC system (which requires dropped ceiling considerations in your 3D models). 3. Video tour: Gives you a perfect perception about the space. 4. Visual Brief: A comprehensive set of reference images and videos of the mood and styles we want to apply on the space that will reflect the aesthetic I'm aiming for. We will require up to 5 revisions for Phase 1 to ensure the style is perfectly dialed in. We expect less rounds of revisions on Phase 2.
