About the project
We need an experienced Architectural / Building Design freelancer to prepare a COMPLETE and COORDINATED drawing package for our Residential G+2 + Penthouse house. IMPORTANT: The Local Engineer’s working/structural drawings already provided by us are the BASE and REFERENCE drawings for this project. The freelancer must carefully follow the Local Engineer’s working plan. Do NOT change structural columns, beams, slabs, staircase, room positions or other structural provisions without our approval and proper coordination with the Local Engineer. We already have the Local Engineer’s working drawings. We need the REMAINING COMPLETE DETAILS required to execute the house from construction stage to completion. The purpose of this project is to provide practical, accurate and coordinated drawings that can be directly followed by the Mason, Carpenter, Electrician, Plumber, Fabricator, AC technician, Interior workers and other site workers. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS: 1. COMPLETE ARCHITECTURAL FLOOR PLANS For Ground Floor, First Floor, Second Floor and Penthouse: * Fully dimensioned plans * Room names and room dimensions * Wall thicknesses * Door positions and sizes * Window positions and sizes * Ventilator positions and sizes * Main entrance * Internal doors * Toilet doors * Kitchen openings * Staircase details * Stair direction * Riser and tread details * Landing dimensions * Headroom * Floor-to-floor heights * Finished floor levels * Sill levels * Lintel levels * Ceiling heights * Balcony details * Terrace details * Sajja/chajja projections * Built-in shelves/niches * Service shafts * Plumbing shafts * AC outdoor-unit locations * Drainage provisions * Required sleeves/openings 2. ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS – ALL FLOORS Provide a complete electrical point layout for every floor: * Light points * Ceiling lights * Wall lights * Fan points * Exhaust fan points * Switchboard locations * 5A sockets * 15/16A power sockets * TV points * Internet/LAN points * Wi-Fi/router point * CCTV points * Doorbell * Refrigerator point * Washing machine point * Microwave point * Kitchen appliance points * Chimney point * RO/water purifier point * Geyser points * Bathroom exhaust points * Mirror/light points * Utility sockets * AC indoor-unit points * AC outdoor-unit points * AC electrical supply * AC drain provision * UPS/inverter points * Pump/motor points * External lighting * Staircase lighting * Balcony lighting * Terrace lighting * Gate lighting * Compound lighting ALSO PROVIDE ELECTRICAL CONDUIT/SLAB COORDINATION DRAWINGS: * Electrical conduit routes * Slab pipe/conduit provisions * Switchboard heights * DB locations * Main DB * Meter location * Electrical shaft * Required sleeves/openings * Coordination with beams, slabs and columns * Proper coordination with the Local Engineer’s working plan This is VERY IMPORTANT because Ground Floor slab/electrical coordination is already in progress at our site. 3. TOILET / BATHROOM DETAIL DRAWINGS Each toilet must have a detailed layout showing: * WC/commode position * Commode orientation/facing direction * Wash basin * Shower * Health faucet * Floor trap * Geyser * Exhaust fan * Mirror * Mirror light * Towel rod * Toilet paper holder * Soap/shampoo niche * Shelves * Plumbing points * Door opening direction * Ventilator/window * Waterproofing area * Floor slope * Drain location Toilet locations and orientation must also be checked against the Vastu requirements already discussed/provided by us. 5. INTERIOR FURNITURE LAYOUT – ALL ROOMS Show practical furniture placement for every room. LIVING ROOM: * Sofa * Centre table * TV unit * TV point * TV wall * Electrical points * AC * Curtains * Windows * Storage if required BEDROOMS: * Bed size and position * Headboard * Bedside tables * Wardrobe * Dressing table * TV and TV point where required * AC * Fan * Lights * Switchboards * Charging sockets * Study/work table where required * Windows and curtains DINING: * Dining table size * Number of chairs * Proper dining position * Pendant/chandelier point * Electrical points * Crockery/storage provision where required Furniture must properly fit the actual room dimensions and must not obstruct doors, windows or circulation. 7. FALSE CEILING / LOW CEILING DETAILS Show wherever required: * False ceiling * Gypsum ceiling * Ceiling levels * Cove lighting * Downlights * Fan positions * AC coordination * Curtain boxes * Living room ceiling * Bedroom ceiling * Kitchen ceiling * Bathroom ceiling Avoid unnecessary low ceilings or conflicts with electrical/plumbing/AC services. 8. DOOR, WINDOW & VENTILATOR SCHEDULE Provide a complete schedule: * Door numbering * Door sizes * Door types * Frame sizes * Opening directions * Main door * Bedroom doors * Toilet doors * Kitchen/utility doors * Window numbering * Window sizes * Sill heights * Ventilator sizes * Grill requirements * Mesh requirements where required 9. COMPLETE ELEVATION DESIGN Prepare practical elevations based on the actual building plans and structural positions. Required: * Front elevation * Rear elevation * Left elevation * Right elevation * Main entrance design * Balcony design * Sajja/chajja * Windows * Staircase expression * Terrace * Penthouse * Parapet * External wall finishes * Exterior colour scheme * Texture/stone/cladding locations * Exterior lighting positions * AC outdoor-unit treatment/concealment * Rainwater pipes * Gate design * Compound wall IMPORTANT: Elevation must MATCH the actual floor plans, structural positions and site conditions. We do NOT want an AI-generated elevation that cannot be constructed. The elevation must be a practical architectural design with proper dimensions/details that can be executed at site. 10. 3D / EXTERIOR VISUALIZATION If required as part of the design package: * Front 3D view * Rear 3D view * Side views * Day view * Night view * Entrance view * Terrace/Penthouse view 3D visualization is secondary. Accurate working drawings are the priority. 11. MAIN GATE, VEHICLE GATE & PEDESTRIAN GATE Provide: * Vehicle gate * Pedestrian/walking gate * Gate width and height * Opening direction * Gate pillars * Compound wall * Nameplate provision * Doorbell * Gate lighting * CCTV * Parking entry * Walking path * Drainage near gate 12. VASTU COORDINATION The design must follow the Vastu-based room arrangement and requirements already provided/discussed. Check and coordinate: * Main entrance * Kitchen * Bedrooms * Toilets * Staircase * Pooja area * Dining * Living * Master bedroom * Commode orientation * Water-related areas * Utility * Rental portions * Penthouse Do not independently change the Vastu-based arrangement without discussing with us. 13. FINAL CONSTRUCTION COORDINATION SET The final deliverables must be properly coordinated between: ARCHITECTURAL + LOCAL ENGINEER WORKING PLAN + ELECTRICAL + PLUMBING + AC + INTERIOR/FURNITURE + DOORS/WINDOWS + FALSE CEILING + ELEVATION + GATE/COMPOUND The final drawings should be suitable for practical site execution. IMPORTANT WORKING METHOD: Before starting the final drawings, the freelancer must carefully review ALL drawings and reference materials provided by us. The freelancer must confirm that he/she has understood the Local Engineer’s working drawings and will use them as the base. If any discrepancy, missing dimension, structural conflict or unclear point is found, the freelancer must ASK US before proceeding instead of making assumptions. We want proper coordination and accuracy, not just attractive drawings. DELIVERABLE FORMAT: * High-quality PDF drawings * Editable CAD/DWG files where applicable * Properly dimensioned drawings * Drawing titles and numbering * Floor-wise organization * Electrical layouts * Plumbing layouts * Furniture layouts * Door/window schedule * Toilet details * Kitchen details * Ceiling details * Elevations * Gate/compound details * Final coordinated construction drawing set PROJECT CONDITION: The Local Engineer’s working drawings already provided by us are the controlling reference for the structural/working layout. The freelancer is responsible for completing the remaining design/detail drawings and coordinating them with the existing working plan. Please do not submit incomplete or generic drawings. We are looking for a freelancer who can take the project from the existing Local Engineer working drawings to a COMPLETE, PRACTICAL and COORDINATED drawing package for construction. Budget: ₹7,500–₹8,500 INR Please apply only if you have experience in residential building architectural working drawings, electrical/plumbing coordination, interior layouts and elevation design. Before accepting the project, please confirm that you have understood the complete scope above and can deliver the complete coordinated package within the agreed budget and timeframe.
