Senior Living Facility 3D Isometrics
USD 250–750
About the project
I need a set of clear, print-ready 3D isometric layouts that show how our new senior living facility will look and feel. The package must cover every space residents and visitors will experience—common areas such as lounges and dining rooms, individual living units, and the landscaped outdoor zones that tie it all together. Level of detail Each view should show the full architectural structure plus basic furniture so we can discuss circulation, accessibility and potential FF&E choices without getting bogged down in decorative extras. Wall finishes, flooring patterns, and lighting fixtures can remain generic placeholders; the priority is accurate scale, proportion, and a friendly, senior-oriented layout. File format & delivery I’m flexible on software and output—OBJ, FBX, SketchUp, or another common format is all fine as long as it imports cleanly into Revit and Lumion for later stages. High-resolution PNG exports of each isometric angle will also help when sharing with stakeholders. Acceptance criteria • Separate isometric model for: – Main common areas – Typical one-bedroom unit – Outdoor courtyard / walking path • Basic furniture blocks placed logically (grab-bars in baths, wheelchair-clear hallways, etc.) • Consistent scale across all files • Delivered in agreed format plus PNG stills (minimum 3000px wide) Timetable is flexible but I’d like first drafts within a week so our team can give consolidated feedback. Let me know your preferred workflow and any clarifications you need before starting.
