About the project

Project description I am the founder of an early stage consumer wellness product based in the Netherlands. It uses AI to help women understand recurring everyday digestive and related symptoms and how they connect to daily habits. It is a wellness product, not a medical or diagnostic device, and sits in the EU AI Act limited risk tier. A first version is live with a small group of early users, and a second version is in active build. I need a complete, investor ready business plan to support a pre-seed raise from angel investors and applications to EU and municipal grant programmes. Sections required: Executive summary Problem and solution Market analysis and sizing, EU focus with the Netherlands as first market Customer segment and ideal customer profile Competitive analysis and positioning Business model and pricing logic Go to market plan Operating plan and milestones, structured in two phases: build and pilot, then commercialization Team and hiring plan Risk analysis and SWOT Regulatory context at a high level: EU AI Act limited risk obligations and GDPR Three year financial projections with stated assumptions, plus use of funds per phase What I will provide after shortlisting: a detailed founder brief covering the problem, target segment, jurisdiction, team, product scope and pricing thinking, plus an existing go to market document and pitch deck. Requirements: Demonstrable experience writing business plans in health tech, digital health, femtech, or AI products Fluent, natural business English. No AI generated boilerplate. I will be checking for it Familiarity with European market data sources and what pre-seed angel investors in the EU actually expect Willing to sign an NDA and non circumvention agreement before receiving detailed material Deliverables: Business plan document, editable format, roughly 20 to 30 pages Editable financial model in Excel or Google Sheets, assumptions visible and changeable One round of revisions after my feedback Timeline: first draft within 10 to 14 days of brief handover. To be considered, your bid must include: Two samples of business plans you have written, anonymized is fine, ideally in health, wellness or AI A short paragraph on how you would approach market sizing for a consumer women's health subscription product in Europe Your process, what you would need from me, and your proposed timeline Confirmation you will sign an NDA and non circumvention agreement Bids that do not answer all four points will not be reviewed.
