High-Detail 3D Flat Walkthrough

About the project

I need a photorealistic 3D walkthrough for our 1, 2, and 3 BHK apartment layouts. The goal is to let buyers virtually tour each unit as if they were already built, so I’m asking for high detail with full textures, accurate materials, and balanced lighting that shows off every corner. You’ll be starting from my existing CAD floor plans (DWG/DXF). All rooms, walls, and structural elements are already dimensioned; what’s left is to raise them in SketchUp, dress the interiors with realistic furniture and décor, tune the textures, then light and render the scene. Feel free to use V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or any engine you prefer for the final cinematic output, as long as the finished video looks smooth and professional. Deliverables: • Editable SketchUp (.skp) file for each flat type • Render-ready scene with textures and lighting set up • 1080p (or higher) walkthrough video for every unit, 60–90 seconds each • A few still renders for marketing posters (optional but appreciated) I’ll supply the CAD files immediately; just let me know which additional references—material swatches, furniture style boards, or brand palettes—you need to match.
