SketchUp 3D Model of House Design

About the project

3D House Model in SketchUp I am looking for a contractor/freelancer to prepare an accurate 3D model of a house on a plot in SketchUp, based on architectural drawings / floor plans. I would like the model to be created in a layered and structured way, according to the design documentation and in a form that can be further developed as the construction progresses. In the following stages, the model will be expanded with additional elements. Each future stage will be quoted separately and added to the existing model. Scope of the current stage At this moment, I need a model of the house on the plot, based on the design and floor plans, including the following elements / layers: walls, foundations, concrete elements, stairs, thermal insulation and façade, roof structure / roof framing, roof covering, chimneys, windows, roller shutters, entrance door, garage door, a simple sewage / drainage layout in the foundation, a utility room that should include: 2 tanks: 100 L and 300 L, 6 additional equipment/device elements – exact details and dimensions will be provided after selecting the contractor. Future stages In later stages, the model will be expanded with additional installations and interior elements, including: water installation, heating system, sewage / drainage system, electrical installation, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, kitchen layout, furniture layout, bathroom layout, and other finishing and installation elements. Expectations Please let me know: your price quotation for the current stage, the estimated delivery time, the final file format (preferably an editable SketchUp .skp file), whether you have experience in creating similar building models based on architectural drawings / floor plans. After selecting the contractor, I will provide the full design documentation and any additional dimensions required for the selected elements.
