JOB TITLE: Architectural 3D Rendering – Outdoor Grill & Courtyard Project PROJECT OVERVIEW: We are seeking a talented 3D Rendering Artist to create high-quality, photorealistic architectural visualizations for a commercial outdoor grill and courtyard space. The project combines dining, lounging, and landscaped environments. You will transform 2D architectural plans/sketches into immersive visual assets for client presentation. SCOPE OF WORK: You will deliver photorealistic renderings that accurately capture the textures, materials, and scale of the following design elements: * Outdoor Grill & Service Station: A L-Shape service station with stone/stainless steel finishes. The service station will also include 3 double-door fridges and a buffet table. * Pergolas: Five (5) distinct 12' x 20' pergola structures zoning the dining spaces with two 8-seat table inside. * Courtyard Lounge: A spacious U-Shape seating area featuring integrated fire pits facing each other in the center of the courtyard. * Garden & Landscaping: Lush, realistic greenery and pathways framing the site. REQUIRED DELIVERABLES: * Day View: High-resolution rendering showcasing natural sunlight, material textures, and shadows. * Night View: High-resolution rendering highlighting ambient lighting effects, fire pit glow, and pergola accent lights. * Format: Final high-res JPEG/PNG files plus source files upon project completion. KEY REQUIREMENTS: * Proven portfolio showcasing expert-level exterior architectural rendering. * Mastery of 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or Blender). * Strong eye for realistic lighting, composition, and advanced landscape scattering. * Ability to interpret architectural drawings, CAD files, or mood boards. * Excellent communication and adherence to milestone deadlines.
