Residential 3D Visualization Model

About the project

I need a fully-developed 3D model of a single-family residence that can stand up to close architectural visualization work. The model has to include both interior and exterior elements—walls, roofs, façade details, room layouts, built-ins, windows, doors, and any key landscape features immediately surrounding the building. My primary goal is to generate photorealistic stills and short walk-through clips, so clean geometry, correct scale, and well-organized layers are essential. Please build in enough material slots and UV maps to let me drop in textures or tweak finishes later; baked lighting is not necessary, but logical light sources should be in place for quick test renders. Deliverables • Native scene file (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Revit, or similar) • Exported FBX or OBJ with all hierarchies intact • A small set of high-resolution PNG/JPG renders from key angles Before you begin, we’ll review scope and any reference requirements together to lock down the overall style and fidelity.
