About the project
I’m ready to take my current kitchen footprint and turn it into a sleek, modern space that feels seamless and efficient. The priority is a well-thought-out layout and design that marries minimalist cabinetry with the latest high-tech appliances while still showcasing some tasteful open shelving. Here’s what I need from you: • A functional floor plan that maximises flow between prep, cooking, and entertaining zones. • Detailed elevations for the minimalist cabinet runs, including material and hardware specs. • An appliance plan that integrates smart, high-performance units without disrupting clean lines. • Guidance on safe, stylish placement of open shelving so it enhances, rather than clutters, the design. • Photo-realistic 3D renders (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) so I can visualise finishes and lighting before construction. I’ll provide the current measurements, inspiration images, and a list of preferred appliance brands as soon as we connect. Final assets should be delivered in editable CAD/SketchUp files plus high-resolution JPG/PNG renders.
