We are a professional 3D Architectural Visualization Company looking for an experienced Sales / Lead Conversion Freelancer who can help us convert USA-based leads into paying clients. Our services include: 3D Interior Rendering 3D Exterior Rendering Architectural Visualization Photorealistic CGI Renders 3D Walkthrough Animations 360° Virtual Renders We will target potential clients in the USA such as Architects, Interior Designers, Real Estate Developers, Builders, Contractors, Design Studios, and Real Estate Companies. Your main responsibility will be to: Contact and follow up with USA-based leads Communicate professionally through email, LinkedIn, calls, or other suitable channels Introduce our 3D rendering services and portfolio Understand client requirements Handle follow-ups and objections Arrange meetings/calls when required Negotiate and convert qualified leads into confirmed paid projects We are looking for someone with B2B sales experience in the USA market, preferably in Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, CGI, 3D Rendering, or similar creative services. This can become a long-term collaboration if you consistently generate and convert quality clients.
