High-Polish Brass Casting Batches

About the project

I need precise lost-wax / investment casting carried out in Brass, produced in repeat runs of about 100 pieces per batch. Each part weighs between 51-100 grams and must leave your foundry with a consistent, high polish finish straight off the finishing line—minimal secondary work on my end. The parts are small but detail-rich, so dimensional fidelity, clean gating, and pin-free surfaces matter as much as the gloss. I will supply a 3D CAD model (STEP) and can also ship master prints if that streamlines your mold making. You would handle wax tree preparation, shell building, the pour itself, and all post-cast cleanup and polishing. Deliverables per batch • 100 brass castings, 51-100 g each • High polish finish ≤ Ra 0.4 µm, no visible porosity • Dimensional tolerance ±0.1 mm, verified with your QC report • Safe, protective packing ready for courier pickup If your facility already runs small-lot investment casting and in-house polishing, this should slot neatly into your workflow.
