Brass Miniature Crown Production

About the project

I am looking for an experienced lost-wax/investment casting specialist or jewellery casting manufacturer to produce a small batch of 100 highly detailed miniature brass crowns, approximately 40 mm high. I already have the 3D STL production file. This commission is NOT for CAD design, 3D modelling or rendering. I require the actual physical crowns to be manufactured, professionally finished, mirror polished and shipped to the UK. The crown has intricate, jewellery-quality decorative detail, so excellent casting definition and a high-quality polished finish are essential. I would like to begin with 1–3 physical brass samples for approval before proceeding with the production run of 100 pieces. I am looking for a supplier who can preferably provide the complete service: review the STL for castability, produce the casting patterns/moulds, investment cast in brass, clean and finish the castings, mirror polish, quality check and ship the finished products. Please only bid if you can manufacture and supply the finished physical metal products. When responding, please include photographs of similar small, highly detailed brass, bronze or jewellery-quality castings you have actually manufactured, your location, estimated prototype cost, tooling/mould cost, approximate unit cost for 100 pieces and expected production lead time. The STL file will be provided privately to suitable shortlisted manufacturers.
