Civil 3D Specialist / CAD & Site Design Specialist

About the project

I’m looking for a talented, creative, and adaptable Civil 3D designer who can help bring concepts and ideas to life through professional grading plans, road designs, corridor models, and utility drawings. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with civil site design and be comfortable working across multiple platforms, including AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks, ReCap, and other relevant design software. What I’m Looking For: * Civil 3D design and drafting * Site grading plans and detailed earthwork * Road design, alignments, profiles and corridor modeling * Grading and utility plan sets and construction drawings * 2D and 3D civil drawings with dynamic surfaces and networks * Parcel creation and subdivision layout * AutoCAD Civil 3D surface and feature line modeling * Pipe network design for storm, sewer & water * Ability to take survey data, PDFs, redlines or hand sketches and turn them into professional, construction-ready drawings * Strong attention to detail and understanding of US civil standards (State Plane, NAD83/NAVD88, APWA / DOT / City) * Creative eye for clean, efficient, and buildable grading and road design * Adaptability to work on different types of projects - residential, commercial, transmission * Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate throughout the design process * Must deliver real Civil 3D - no exploded blocks, all surfaces, corridors and pipe networks remain dynamic and fully editable I’m looking for someone who is creative, technically skilled, reliable, and able to adapt to the needs of each project. Someone who stays current with civil design trends while also understanding the technical side of grading, corridors and utilities.
