About the project

I have a new build that still needs its personality. I’m envisioning a clean, Modern look outside—nothing ornate—just crisp geometry, generous glazing, and a calm, uncluttered palette. The job breaks down into three tightly-linked parts: 1. Building façade • Large floor-to-ceiling windows that read as continuous glass bands • Strong, straight lines and a minimalist material mix (think smooth render, metal, or concrete accents) • Night-time lighting concept that highlights the geometry without adding visual noise 2. Outdoor landscape layout • A generous green lawn as the anchor • Discreet water features (a linear reflecting pool or slim rill that echoes the façade lines) • A relaxed seating area that feels integrated, not tacked on—ideally shaded and oriented toward the water element 3. External boundary wall • Same modern language as the house, with privacy in mind but no heavy ornamentation • Cohesive lighting and gate design so the whole property reads as one statement Deliverables I expect: high-resolution 3D renders, annotated site plan with hardscape and planting zones, elevations for the boundary wall, and the source files (SketchUp/Revit plus PDF/JPEG outputs) so my contractor can price and build straight from your drawings. I’ll be here to answer measurements and local code questions quickly so you can focus on the creative work.
