I’m planning a modern makeover for my home’s façade and need a 3D elevation that captures a clean, minimalist look while still making an eye-catching statement through bold colors. The architectural language should stay crisp—think flat planes, uncluttered lines, and an overall lightweight feel—yet the palette can push beyond neutral into richer, saturated tones for accent walls or façade elements. Here’s what I expect from you: • A detailed 3D model of the front elevation developed in the software you’re most comfortable with (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar), complete with textures and lighting. • Two to three high-resolution, photorealistic renders that clearly show material choices and color placement in daylight. • One optional dusk or night render so I can picture exterior lighting. • Source files delivered in an editable format so minor tweaks can be made later.
