About the project

I’m ready to transform my new home and have attached the architectural plans so you can see room sizes and window placements right away. The look I’m after is unmistakably modern country—clean lines, light palettes and natural textures that still feel warm and lived-in. While I’m leaning firmly toward that style, I don’t mind the occasional nod to rustic farmhouse or traditional country if it helps pull the rooms together. Here’s what I need from you: • A coherent concept board that captures the modern country mood, colours and key materials • Scaled furniture and lighting plans laid over the provided drawings for every room noted in the plans • Realistic 3D visuals (or styled elevations) so I can picture how it all flows before committing to purchases • A detailed sourcing list with suggested furniture, fixtures, fabrics and accessories that are either available online or can be substituted locally Please base layouts and selections on the attached plans and typical traffic patterns—function still matters as much as aesthetics. I’ll supply additional measurements, lifestyle notes and any existing pieces I’d like kept once we start. Deliverables are approved when the visuals match the mood board, items can be sourced within the proposed budget ranges and the plans drop seamlessly into my contractor’s workflow.
