DEF Highway Station 3D Design

About the project

I need a full visual and technical concept for a roadside 50 ft × 40 ft DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) filling station that will sit right off a busy national highway. The final package should let me hand everything to local fabricators and civil contractors without further clarification, so accuracy and clarity are critical. Scope and key facts • One standalone DEF dispenser positioned for easy pull-up by 35-ft trucks and buses. • Two-pole canopy, 24 ft × 24 ft, finished with ACP fascia. • Modern styling throughout, expressed with a bright, vibrant palette. • Canopy must integrate LED lighting plus clearly defined advertising space and my brand name on all visible edges. (If you have an elegant way to leave room for future solar panels, note it in the drawings.) • A freestanding totem sign that carries an LED price display and repeats the brand identity. • Well-planned entry and exit lanes so large vehicles circulate smoothly without reversing. • Entire forecourt finished in heavy-duty paver tiles capable of taking constant HCV load. Deliverables 1. Site plan showing dispenser, canopy footings, traffic flow and utilities. 2. Detailed canopy drawings (steel schedule, ACP cladding layout, lighting positions, ad space dimensions). 3. Totem sign elevations with LED module sizing and fixing details. 4. High-resolution 3D renders—day and night scenes—to illustrate the modern, bright look and the lighting effect. 5. Source files (DWG or RVT for drawings, plus native render files or OBJ/FBX) so minor tweaks can be made in-house later. Acceptance criteria • All measurements align with the stated 50 ft × 40 ft plot and local HCV turning radii. • Colors read clearly as bright and vibrant in daylight renders and remain visually balanced under LED illumination at night. • Branding, advertising panels, and price digits are legible from highway speeds. • CAD layers are tidy and named; no missing textures in 3D assets. If something here is unclear, feel free to raise it early—I’m keen to sign off a concept that flows directly into construction.
