About the project

I need a qualified drone operator who can capture and process a complete, high-resolution image set of a single building and turn it into a textured 3D photogrammetry model suitable for visual presentation. The final model must showcase both the façade and the roof in crisp, zoom-ready detail, so the flight plan has to include plenty of close-range passes as well as wider orbit shots for proper alignment. You will: • Fly the site, gathering sufficient 20-MP (or better) overlap shots—especially tight coverage on cornices, cladding, windows, and roofing details. • Process the images in RealityCapture, Agisoft Metashape, or a comparable engine to produce a clean, watertight mesh with PBR-quality, UV-mapped textures. • Deliver the model in OBJ or FBX with 4K textures plus the full photo set and project files for future re-editing. Acceptance is based on true-to-scale geometry, seamless textures, and the ability to inspect every façade panel and roof segment without pixelation when viewed in standard 3D viewers.
