About the project

I am preparing a sales campaign for a new block of flats and need high-quality 3D imagery that immediately helps buyers picture themselves living there. The assignment covers both exterior and interior scenes. For the interiors I want a clean, modern look throughout. The key spaces to capture are the shared corridors and hallways—these often get overlooked in brochures, yet they set the first impression when someone steps out of the lift, so I want them shown at their brightest and most welcoming. Think soft lighting, contemporary finishes and realistic textures that match the specification sheet I will supply. Exteriors should highlight the building’s architectural lines, façade materials and surrounding landscaping in the best daylight. A couple of dusk shots with warm internal lights visible would also be great for mood. Deliverables • Still renders in 4K resolution (PNG or JPG) – multiple angles for façade, plus hallway viewpoints for each typical floor • Native project files (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender or comparable), including textures and lighting setups • Two minor revision rounds to fine-tune colours, finishes or camera angles I will provide floor plans, elevations, material boards and a brief style guide as soon as we start. Please tell me which software and rendering engine you prefer—V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, etc.—and share a link to similar real-estate work you have done so I can gauge realism and lighting quality.
