Polypropylene Stand-Alone Part CAD Design
USD 250–300
About the project
I’m preparing a small stand-alone product that will be injection-moulded in polypropylene and need a production-ready CAD package. You’ll be working from my hand sketches and overall measurements to build a 3D model that captures every functional feature—snap-fits, alignment ribs, bosses, draft angles, wall-thickness transitions, and any reliefs needed for clean ejection. Once the model is final, I also need a fully-dimensioned 2D manufacturing drawing that my mould maker can quote from immediately, complete with tolerances, surface finish notes, and gate/part line suggestions if relevant. SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor, or an equivalent professional tool are all fine as long as you can supply neutral STEP/IGES exports. Acceptance criteria • Native CAD file + neutral STEP • PDF drawing with all critical dimensions and GD&T • Confirmation that the design is suitable for polypropylene injection moulding (draft, radii, uniform walls) If a quick design review call helps, I’m available. Let me know your preferred software and estimated turnaround.
