About the project

I already have a written concept for our hospital’s waiting area—colours, materials, and overall mood generated with ChatGPT—and now I need those ideas turned into a fully modelled space. I will send you the floor plan of the room plus the concept brief; your job is to translate that brief into a clean, modern-leaning layout without losing the welcoming simplicity we want. You are free to work in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max—choose whichever environment lets you move fastest and produce the most accurate work. What matters is that the final model clearly shows: • A practical seating arrangement that maximises capacity yet avoids crowding • A reception desk layout that feels approachable and integrates smoothly with circulation routes If you’d like to suggest subtle decorative touches that support the concept, I’m open to seeing them, but they’re not essential. Deliverables • Native project file in your chosen software • High-resolution still renders (at least 2 angles) suitable for presentation • An annotated floor plan extracted from the model, so builders understand furniture sizes and clearances Please keep the geometry clean and organised in layers/groups, and apply realistic materials so the renders match the colour palette in the brief. Once I receive the files, I’ll review for fit, flow, and fidelity to the theme; any minor tweaks will be fed back for a quick turnaround.
