What I need from you • Two or more mood boards that pin down colour palette, textures, and lighting direction • A space plan with furniture placement showing clear circulation paths (PDF + editable source in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp) • High-quality 3D renders for each major room so I can visualise the final look before committing • A detailed shopping list with product links, quantities, and prices so ordering is straightforward • Finishes schedule specifying paint codes, flooring, hardware, and lighting fixtures Acceptance criteria • The plan must reflect a distinctly modern style—clean lines, minimal ornamentation, and smart storage solutions • All measurements match the floor plan I’ll supply and respect local building codes • Every product on the list is currently available for purchase online or locally (no discontinued items) • Final files arrive neatly organised in clearly named folders Once we agree on the concept I’ll share the existing floor plan, room photos, and a quick brief on my day-to-day routines.
