Ultra-Mini 9mm Laser Cartridge
USD 30–250
About the project
I’m building a laser “bullet” for atış antrenmanı and I need every element—from enclosure to electronics—worked out so it can be manufactured for no more than a real 9 × 19 mm cartridge’s footprint. Core behaviour • When the tabanca iğnesi touches the rear switch, a 3 V red laser on the front must light only for that contact window. • The body will be plastik yet tough enough to survive repeated dry-fire cycles. Power & charging A tiny rechargeable cell sits inside and must reach full capacity in ±1 saat through two rear pogo-pin pads fed from a 5 V dock. I’ll rely on your charging-IC choice and protection topology, but the solution has to be buildable with widely stocked components. Deliverables • 3D model (STEP) of the complete round, ready for SLA/FFF printing or moulding • Gerbers, PCB layout, schematic, and annotated BOM • Simple test firmware or MCU config, if an MCU is required, proving hit-to-laser latency <10 ms • Assembly instructions and a quick demo video or photos that show the prototype lighting as specified Acceptance criteria The prototype must: 1. Fit fully into a standard 9 mm chamber, eject unharmed, and weigh within ±10 % of a brass case. 2. Survive 1 000 striker hits without failure. 3. Take no longer than 60 minutes to charge and give at least 500 activations per cycle. If you can guarantee that level of functionality and keep the total design effort within my USD 50 ceiling, let’s get started right away.
