Freelance 3D Designer for Exhibition Booths

About the project

We are looking for an experienced Freelance 3D Designer to work with our creative team on a project basis. The main requirement is to create 3D exhibition booths, trade show stalls, event spaces and brand activation setups based on client briefs, references and dimensions. What You’ll Be Doing Create creative and practical 3D booth/stall concepts. Develop designs based on 2D layouts, sketches, references or client briefs. Create high-quality and realistic 3D renders. Work on exhibition booths, event setups, brand activations and corporate spaces. Apply branding, graphics, furniture, lighting, materials and other design elements accurately. Make revisions based on client feedback. Provide editable/source files along with final renders. Work within agreed timelines and handle urgent requirements when needed. Skills Required Strong experience in 3ds Max or similar 3D software. Good knowledge of V-Ray / Corona or equivalent rendering software. Strong understanding of exhibition and trade show booth design. Good knowledge of materials, lighting, textures and realistic rendering. Ability to understand dimensions and create designs that are practically feasible. Good attention to detail and design sense. Ability to work independently and communicate clearly. Preferred Experience Experience with: Exhibition booths Trade show stalls Event stages Brand activations Corporate events Kiosks and retail spaces Work Arrangement This is a freelance/project-based opportunity. We are looking for someone who can take up projects as and when required, with the possibility of regular work based on performance and availability.
