About the project
I need an experienced Altium PCB Designer with EMI/EMC expertise to design a manufacturing-ready PCB from my existing schematic. The PCB includes an ATmega32 MCU, 2 × TMC2209 stepper motor drivers, 12V/5V power sections, motor connectors and interface connectors. The PCB should be preferably 2-layer and designed with proper grounding, power distribution, return-current paths, decoupling, motor-noise isolation, EMI/EMC optimization, thermal management and manufacturability. Before starting the layout, please review the schematic and identify any power, grounding, protection or EMI/EMC issues. Required Deliverables: Altium PCB Layout .PcbDoc Complete Gerber Files + NC Drill BOM Pick & Place / Centroid File Final Schematic PDF Final PCB Layout PDF 3D PCB View / Render STEP 3D Model DRC Report ERC Report Manufacturing/Fabrication Drawing Assembly Drawing EMI/EMC Design Review Report Important: This is not just a PCB routing job. I need someone with practical EMI/EMC PCB layout experience, especially with motor/stepper-driver circuits. Please provide examples of your previous 2-layer, motor-control and EMI/EMC-sensitive PCB designs and briefly explain your approach to grounding, power routing and EMI/EMC optimization.
