About the project
I already have the architectural floor plan for a two-bedroom flat and now need a clear, minimalist interior plan that shows exactly where every major piece of furniture and built-in storage will sit. The priority spaces are the living room and both bedrooms; the kitchen can remain as is for now. Key pieces that must appear in the scheme are a sofa, beds for each room, and a dining table. Within that framework I’m looking for a clean, clutter-free aesthetic with smart storage solutions that keep surfaces open and circulation easy. Please base your work on the supplied CAD/PDF drawing, then hand back: • A fully dimensioned 2D layout showing furniture and storage locations • High-quality 3D views or a walkthrough that communicates scale, proportions, and flow • A brief schedule noting furniture sizes and recommended materials/finishes Deliver in DWG or SKP plus PDF/JPEG exports so I can review without specialist software. Accurate scaling, correct door swings, and realistic furniture footprints will be my acceptance criteria. If you prefer working in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar, just let me know—file compatibility is important but I’m flexible.
