About the project

I need to turn a set of fully-dimensioned 2D drawings into a highly detailed 3D model for physical prototyping. Every component shown on the prints must be recreated, assembled, and checked so the STEP file drops straight into the machine shop’s workflow without extra cleanup. You will receive: • PDF/DWG drawings with complete dimensions and tolerances • Reference photos for context where helpful Scope of work Rebuild each part true to the original specs, apply accurate hole patterns, fillets, threads, and any GD&T notes, then assemble everything in a parametric environment (SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion 360, or similar). Clear naming, organised feature trees, and fully constrained mates are important because I will be iterating on the design later. Deliverables • Native CAD assembly with all part files • One error-free STEP file ready for prototype manufacture Acceptance criteria The STEP file must open without translation errors, all critical dimensions must match the 2D source ±0.05 mm, and a simple interference check should show zero clashes. Once you confirm the approach, I’ll send the package of drawings so you can get started right away.
