Double-Wall Filtered Bottle Design -- 2
AUD 250–750
About the project
I’m developing a stainless-steel, double-walled water bottle built for everyday hydration. The bottle should hold between 24 – 32 oz and stay condensation-free, with a flip-top lid that seals securely yet opens one-handed. Core elements I need engineered: • An internal three-stage filter system (sediment, activated carbon, final micro-mesh) that seats firmly inside the neck, removes easily for cleaning, and works without a straw. • Vacuum-insulated, food-grade 18/8 stainless walls that keep drinks cold or hot for extended periods. • Ergonomic exterior profile that feels balanced when full, fits car cup-holders, and allows subtle branding space. Please deliver production-ready 3D CAD files (STEP or IGES), exploded assembly views, a short bill of materials with finish specs, and any tolerance notes a manufacturer will need. If you have prior experience with filtered bottles or double-wall fabrication, include a quick example so I can gauge fit. I’m ready to move fast once the design meets these functional checkpoints and looks sleek on the shelf.
