Realistic Residential 3D Walkthrough

About the project

I have a new housing development—four towers, each rising 11 storeys above two basement levels, totalling 264 fully furnished flats. I need the entire site modelled in 3D and brought to life through a high-quality, realistic walkthrough video. The animation must start with an aerial view of the master plan, then glide down to showcase the landscaped grounds, organised parking zones, and the children’s pool area before moving past the amphitheatre and other open-air amenities. After covering the exteriors, the camera should transition indoors to at least one typical flat, displaying it fully furnished to convey scale, material finishes, and lighting. To make sure we are on the same page, here is what I expect as final output: • A detailed 3D model of the full site, including landscape, parking, kids pool, amphitheatre and surrounding features. • 4–6 high-resolution still renders (4K) of key exterior angles plus interior shots of a sample flat. • A smooth, cinematic walkthrough video (2–3 minutes, Full HD or higher) following the sequence described above, delivered in MP4 and source project files. Please keep all textures, lighting and camera movements consistent with a realistic style. I will provide CAD drawings, floor plans and reference materials once we start; timely previews for feedback at each milestone would help us wrap this efficiently.
