Advanced Excel Model Collaboration for a Real Estate Acquisition Model - Manufactured Housing

PLEASE SAY / DESCRIBE YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH ADVANCED EXCEL MODELING FOR REAL ESTATE ACQUISITIONS IN YOUR INTRO. THIS IS NOT M&A, or FP&A. Hi - I need you to be the super Excel user and lead modeler to collaborate with me to create an acquisition model template over the next 2-4 weeks. The template is for US manufactured housing acquisitions, sometimes referred to as mobile home parks, but it's much more advanced than that. The business plans and the real estate itself is very simple, however the model and flexibility required is more advanced than anything I've created before, which includes billion dollar developments in NYC. I'd consider myself an 'advanced' modeler with experience across most real estate sectors, but not the super advanced Excel power user like you! I think this will take about 2-3 weeks full time of 40+ hours/week, then a lot of testing and quality control trouble shooting for a few weeks. I have about 4-6 hours/day randomly to jump in throughout the day/evenings around my day job, but very available for quick calls/messages/Video calls with screen share. I plan to do some screen sharing with you a few hours a day to review and talk through what I need. I have a template that's about 60% there, but a lot of quirks to figure out for scenarios. This is generally a core / lease up / value-add model, not ground up development. If you've worked on real estate models around multifamily or residential, you'll probably have an easier time grasping the scenarios I'm trying to cover.
