About the project

I need a Blender expert to create a production-ready, detailed 3D helmet. Every vent, seam, fastener and interior pad must appear exactly as it would on the real product, so the model can stand up to close-up marketing renders and turntable animations. I will supply reference photos from multiple angles. From there I expect clean, quads-based topology, well-named collections, and non-destructive modifiers wherever practical so small revisions remain easy. UVs should be laid out for efficient texture painting, and I’d like physically based materials set up inside Blender’s Principled Shader—metal, plastic, fabric and rubber need to read correctly under HDRI lighting. Please keep polygon count sensible for a hero asset; smooth curves should hold up even when silhouetted. Normal and roughness maps can capture micro-detail so the geometry stays manageable. Deliverables • Native .blend file with all modifiers unapplied • Exported FBX or OBJ for external engines • 4K PBR texture set (BaseColor, Roughness, Metallic, Normal) Acceptance criteria • No visible shading artifacts at 4K render, Cycles path tracing • UV islands with <2% unused space and no stretching on critical areas • File opens in Blender 3.6 LTS without missing links or errors If this matches your skillset, let me know your estimated timeline and any similar helmet or hard-surface portfolio pieces.
