About the project

I have the concept for a small, handheld interlocking puzzle and now need it turned into a clean, production-ready AutoCAD model. The puzzle should sit at an intermediate level of difficulty—challenging enough to engage adults yet still solvable without specialist tools. What I’m after is a fully detailed 3D file that shows every piece, its locking features, and the precise clearances needed for reliable assembly when 3D-printed in PLA or resin. I’d also like an exploded view (or short viewport animation) so I can demonstrate the correct assembly sequence to testers. Key deliverables • Native AutoCAD file plus STL/STEP exports • Exploded drawing or animation that illustrates assembly order • Simple print-ready tolerance pass to ensure the parts interlock smoothly on a consumer-grade printer (0.2 mm nozzle) Please factor in basic chamfers/fillets for comfortable handling and keep the overall finished size roughly in the palm-of-the-hand range. If any clarifications are needed before starting, let me know—I’m happy to jump on a quick call or share reference sketches.
