About the project
I’m starting a G + 2 residential project in India and need a single expert who can shepherd every design package from concept to permit‐ready handoff. The look and feel must stay firmly in the Modern style, and photo-real 3D elevations are the key visual priority. Accuracy, coordinated documentation, and clear, construction-ready output are non-negotiable. What I expect you to deliver • Complete 2D architectural plans, fully dimensioned and annotated • Photo-real 3D elevations and supporting interior & floor-plan renders • Walk-through or fly-through animation to convey spatial flow • Full structural design with steel detailing, bar-bending schedules, and load calculations • Electrical and plumbing layouts coordinated with the structural grid • Itemised cost estimate and bill of quantities • All drawings formatted for local approval, stamped title blocks included Tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion or equivalent are welcome as long as the final files are editable and IFC/DWG exports are provided. Success for me means a cohesive set of drawings and models that a local contractor can build from without further clarification, plus visuals that help stakeholders sign off quickly. If you’re confident handling architecture, structure, MEP and visuals under one roof, I’m ready to start today.
