Retail Store Seating Layout Plan

About the project

I need an interior design plan that arranges a variety of seating models throughout my upcoming retail store. The goal is to balance customer comfort with smooth circulation while showcasing the merchandise. Here are the exact seat counts I already own and must incorporate: • 12-model seats – 12 pieces • 8-model long seats – 24 pieces • 6-model seats – 15 pieces • 3-model seats – 5 pieces • 2-model seats – 10 pieces Please create a space-efficient layout that positions each model logically (fitting aisle widths, sight-lines to displays, and ADA access), then present it as: 1. A scaled floor plan with furniture tags. 2. A 3D visual or rendered perspective so I can preview the look and flow. 3. A brief furniture schedule confirming every model and quantity is accounted for. I can supply the store’s dimensions and entrance locations as soon as we begin. Preferred file formats are PDF for plans and either SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max for visuals, but I’m open to other standard design tools if you note them first. If anything is unclear, let me know before starting so we both stay on track.
