About the project

I’m updating a single area of my home—the kitchen—and I need a designer who can take my measurements and photographs and turn them into a fully detailed AutoCAD drawing along with photorealistic 3D renders. The look I’m after is distinctly modern, with clean lines and a neutral palette (think whites, greys, and warm wood accents rather than bright pops of colour). To make collaboration straightforward, I’ll share the existing floor plan and any cabinetry appliance specs I have. You’ll translate that into a precise DWG file and then develop a 3D model that clearly shows materials, lighting, and fixture placement. High-resolution still images are fine, but an optional walkthrough or 360-view would be a bonus if it’s something you already do. Key deliverables: • AutoCAD (.dwg) floor plan and elevations for the kitchen • At least two high-quality, photorealistic renders from different angles (4K preferred) • Source model in your chosen software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar) so future tweaks are possible I appreciate tidy layer management, real-world scale, and a short round of revisions to nail down the final look. If you’re comfortable with modern kitchen detailing and neutral colour schemes, you’ll find this an easy, well-defined project.
