Mediterranean Home 3D Renderings

About the project

I need photorealistic 3D images that capture a warm, authentic Mediterranean feel for every visible part of my new residence. That means terracotta roof tiles, textured stucco, wrought-iron details, and sun-washed colour palettes on the outside, then the same cosy elegance flowing through the living room, kitchen, and all bedrooms. Scope • Exterior: hero shots from multiple angles (front façade, rear garden view, and one aerial or street-level perspective). • Interior: at least one wide, well-lit render for the living room, kitchen, and each bedroom, plus close-ups where needed to showcase materials and lighting. File & quality requirements • 4K resolution JPG/PNG for presentation, plus source files (3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender with organised layers). • Daytime lighting as primary; a dusk setting for the exterior would be a bonus. • Real-world scale, correct material mapping, and clean geometry ready for future VR walkthroughs. I will supply floor plans, elevations, and reference photos as soon as we start. Please let me know your estimated turnaround and how many revision rounds are included so we can lock the schedule.
