Create Two Accurate Apartment Models in Blender

About the project

I need two existing apartment floor plans recreated accurately as editable 3D models in Blender. Both reference files are attached (one PNG floor plan and one dimensioned PDF survey). Scope: - Create one separate, clean Blender model for each floor plan, at real-world scale and in metric units. - Model the complete architectural layout visible in the references: walls, floor, ceilings, doors and openings, windows, kitchen, bathrooms/WC, utility areas and terrace/balcony where shown. - Respect all available dimensions and proportions. If a measurement is missing or unclear, ask before making a significant assumption. - Keep objects sensibly named and organized into collections so that walls, doors/windows, fixed elements and furniture remain easy to edit. Furnished apartment: - Furnish and style the apartment shown in grundriss.png as a practical, modern home. The reference layout may be used as guidance, but I am open to a better functional arrangement. - Furniture should predominantly consist of real, currently available IKEA products, correctly scaled. Similar generic models may be used only where IKEA has no suitable item. - Provide a furniture schedule listing product name/series, dimensions, quantity and a link to the corresponding IKEA product page. Products should preferably be available from IKEA Germany. - Use coherent materials, colors and lighting and include several clear preview renders of the furnished result. Unfurnished apartment: - Recreate the apartment shown in the dimensioned PDF (W303) accurately in 3D. No loose furniture or interior styling is required; fixed elements shown in the plan should still be included. Required deliverables: 1. Two separate editable .blend source files with all textures/assets packed or supplied in clearly organized folders. 2. Several high-resolution preview renders of the furnished apartment. 3. IKEA furniture/product schedule in PDF, spreadsheet or similar editable format. 4. Any external assets and licenses required to open and render the files without missing links. The work must be created in Blender and handed over without flattened-only or render-only delivery. Please state the Blender version you will use, your estimated delivery time, the number of revision rounds included, and show relevant architectural/interior Blender examples in your proposal.
