Banquet Hall Ceiling Masterpiece

About the project

I’m upgrading the 9,100 sq ft dome-roofed hall at Shri Balaji Lawns and need a premium yet timeless false-ceiling scheme. The roof rises from roughly 12 ft at the spring line to about 23 ft at the crown, so the concept must preserve as much headroom as possible—no heavy drops that fight the curve. The design should follow the curve. Design cues • Overall feel: Modern elegance that still photographs beautifully for weddings, receptions, birthdays and corporate events. • Colour palette: crisp, neutral whites and beiges to let décor and lighting set the mood. • Lighting mix: a hierarchy of statement chandeliers plus recessed lighting; think flexible ambience for ceremonies, dining and stage focus. • Material balance: target ±50 % ornate POP/gypsum work and ±50 % 2 × 2 ft gypsum cement tiles, blended seamlessly so maintenance is easy but the ceiling looks fully bespoke. What I must receive • 3D photorealistic renders showing daytime and evening ambience • Reflected ceiling plan with all dimensions, material call-outs and level indications • Detailed sections through key bays, highlighting minimum clearance retained beneath the dome • Lighting layout with fixture specs, load schedule and switching zones • Execution drawings precise enough for a local POP crew to fabricate without re-engineering To help me gauge fit, please attach 3–5 examples of ceilings you’ve completed for banquet or wedding venues (no residential samples), outline your fee structure and specify how many design revisions are included.
