High-Detail Factory 3D Design

About the project

I need a complete 3D representation of my factory, inside and out, to guide detailed planning and construction. Every space—from production halls and storage zones to the façade, parking, and surrounding grounds—has to be modelled with realistic materials, accurate textures, and true-to-scale furnishings, machinery, and structural elements. I will provide current drawings, measurements, and reference photos; you transform them into a single, navigable model that reflects real-world lighting and material behaviour. Precision is essential because the file will be handed directly to architects, contractors, and engineers for clash detection and construction sequencing. Deliverables • Fully editable 3D model (native file plus an open-format version) • Minimum five high-resolution renders showcasing key interior and exterior angles • Short walkthrough or fly-through clip illustrating operational flow • All textures, material libraries, and lighting setups packaged for future updates Acceptance criteria: dimensions must match supplied plans, textures render cleanly at 4K, and the model is organised in logical layers/groups so technical teams can isolate elements quickly.
