Accurate Revit BIM Model from DWG + Structural IFC

About the project

I have a detailed architectural DWG of an existing building and an accompanying IFC structural model that defines the structural geometry, levels, grids and main structural elements. I need a clean, accurate and fully editable BIM model created in Autodesk Revit. Scope of work - Model all architectural elements shown in the DWG, including walls, floors/slabs, roofs, doors, windows, stairs and openings. - Reproduce the DWG geometry as accurately as possible. - Use the supplied structural IFC as a coordination reference for levels, elevations, grids, columns, beams, slabs and structural positions. - Maintain correct alignment and dimensions between the architectural model and the structural IFC. - MEP systems are NOT required. - Furniture, rendering, entourage and decorative modelling are NOT required. Important This is NOT an automatic DWG-to-BIM conversion. The Revit model must be properly created using native, editable BIM elements. Geometric accuracy and coordination with the supplied DWG and IFC are the main priorities. Required deliverables - Native Autodesk Revit file (.RVT) - IFC export of the completed model - Properly organised levels and views - Fully editable BIM elements The final model will be checked by overlaying/coordinates comparison against the original DWG and the supplied structural IFC. Please state in your proposal: 1. Which Autodesk Revit version you use. 2. Your fixed price for the complete work. 3. Estimated delivery time. 4. Examples of similar DWG-to-Revit/BIM projects. 5. Your experience working with IFC structural models. Please do not bid if you intend to provide only an automatic conversion or a non-editable 3D model.
