About the project

I want to give one bedroom a clean, contemporary look that still feels warm and practical. The room’s main role is, of course, sleeping, yet it must also house a wall-mounted TV and a compact work desk. Built-in storage is non-negotiable, accent lighting should set the mood, and—space permitting—I’d like a small seating nook. Once we start I’ll share precise measurements and current photos, but you can assume a standard mid-size room for initial concepts. Here’s what I need from you: • A scaled furniture-layout plan showing bed placement, integrated wardrobes, desk, TV position, lighting circuits, and (if feasible) a small chair or bench. • High-quality 3D renders or visualisations that convey the modern style, materials, and lighting effects. • A simple finishes and furniture schedule so I can source items locally, including recommended fixtures for the accent lighting. The design should lean modern—clean lines, neutral base tones with one bold accent colour, minimal ornamentation. I’m open to sustainable or locally available materials where possible. Final files can be delivered in CAD, SketchUp, Revit, or any industry-standard format, along with PDF/JPEG images for quick reference.
